Dryers for technical and special crops

Among technical and special crops we include plant raw materials that are dried not as forage or grain but for their own processing technology. The main crop of this direction is hemp: it is dried as biomass and inflorescence, as very wet raw material and as seed, and each form requires its own mode.

For hemp we select equipment by the form of the raw material: for biomass and flower, belt dryers; for very wet raw material, rotary dryers; for seed, continuous-flow dryers. The key requirement is to remove moisture uniformly while preserving the quality of the leaf and inflorescences and without overheating the raw material.
